Ship supply

The company Chayka Group has been operating since 2010 and delivers quality service products to ships of any size. We do 7/24 service and delivery tokes about 12 HRS to Odessa ports region. For other ports we normally need 36 buiseness hours.

Our company is a member of IMPA. And we are registered on ShipServ, a simplified service for requests and offers.

We also serve distant ports located in the regions of the Azov and Black Sea basins. We have large refrigerators and specialized transport to ensure fresh delivery to the vessel if the mooring and arrival of the vessel are limited in time.

Chayka Group Ship Supply is a true Ship Chandler with many years of experience and received the appropriate certification in the Russian Maritime Register. Our supply department of 15 people will make delivery as convenient as possible for the customer.

Yacht Management

Dear Shipowners,
 Our company offers Yacht Owners and Captains - Customer Support, able to handle a full range of yacht operations. We provide owners of services to reduce the time spent on maintenance, as well as effective control over the technical condition and budget. Ultimately, the owners are guaranteed confidentiality, honesty, general safety of guests and crew, quality of service and peace of mind.

The COMPANY is ready to provide you with quality services and guarantee the fulfillment of your wishes and requirements. Our team is always responsible in all matters and decisions made. The monthly operation of the yacht under our supervision averages from 4,500 to 5,000 euros for a yacht of 45 meters in length and depends on the nature of use, private or charter.

We process financial reports on expenses on a yacht - we work with the annual budget with monthly and quarterly reports. Budgeting boats from 10 meters to 100 or more. Marine insurance in accordance with international standards and assistance in obtaining an insurance assignment.

In maintenance, we coordinate and monitor the current technical condition of the hull, engine room, guest complex and deck equipment. We are planning repair work on board the yacht. We interact with the classification society, the flag state and other regulatory bodies.

Our company is committed to certified safety and quality management systems according to the standards of the shipping industry within the International Maritime Organization (IMO).

In case of an emergency, we will help with all the resources available up to the departure of our specialists on demand. For this we need only one phone call or message. For emergency assistance, we coordinate the necessary actions with the flag state, the classification society and the insurance company.

Spare parts supply, catering and fuel bunkering are part of our service. Planning a safe and economical yacht crossing route. Support for yacht captains weather maps and advice on making important navigation decisions. Ordering agents in ports and marinas, transporting guests and ordering services (excursions, rent).

We help yacht owners and captains with crew recruitment, verification of working certificates of seafarers and evaluation of medical books, alcohol-narco testing. We provide, if necessary, employment contracts on behalf of the company owning the yacht, medical insurance for the crew.
